A real sustainable food business with Organic roots
At Ke Nako Biltong we pride ourselves on being ethical in our approach to meat. Therefore we only use locally sourced, organically reared, retired dairy cows when we make our multi award winning products. All our cows are bought as whole beef animals directly from local organic dairy farmers and unlike our competitors we use the whole carcass to make dry meat products.  
Our home is at Ballylagan Organic Farm, where we focus on planet friendly production. All our products are packed in paper, and we strive to put minimal refuge in landfill.  
Our products are hand crafted to order and we currently deliver throughout the entire UK and Ireland.
